The 2020 International Winter Sports (Beijing) Expo (hereinafter referred to as the Winter Expo) opened at the Beijing National Convention Center on the 5th. This Winter Expo will be held concurrently with the 2020 China International Service Trade Fair, highlighting the important position of the ice and snow industry in modern global service trade.

As a grand event for the global ice and snow industry, this Winter Expo is co-sponsored by the Beijing Olympic City Development Promotion Association and the International Data Group. It is co-organized by the International Individual Sports Federation of the Winter Olympics and 7 international winter individual sports organizations. It has won the Beijing Winter Olympics Group. Supported by the Committee, the Chinese Olympic Committee, and the All-China Sports Federation.

The conference continued the theme of "Ice and Snow Power", maintained the three major highlights of "internationalization, industrialization, and popularization", with the purpose of "realizing the docking with international winter sports resources and stimulating the development of China's ice and snow industry", and through the full integration of global ice and snow resources.
